Louisiana Love the Boot Week

Love the Boot Week: Be a part of Love the Boot Week, Louisiana’s largest litter removal and beautification effort, happening April 5-13! This year Love the Boot hopes to reach 1,000 events in all 64 parishes, but they need our help to get there!  Sign up to be a part of this movement to clean up and beautify Louisiana.

Details: Our volunteer group will pick up abandoned tires in the St. Roch neighborhood of New Orleans. Our tire collections will be collected with two small pickup trucks. The corner of N. Villere and Elysian Fields will serve as our deposit area, 1341 Elysian Fields Avenue. The New Orleans Department of Sanitation and other related government agencies are aware of our project and will dispose of the tires properly.
