Can you believe it's already time for school???
We want to make sure our kids and families in our community are well prepared to go back to school! On Saturday, July 22nd join us at St Roch Park from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and we will have backpacks filled with school supplies to give away!! We also have contests, games and more!

Join us on February 11th, at 10am as we clean and beautify our neighborhood. A local business owner has asked for assistance painting the outside of their building on St Claude Avenue. We will meet at Glitter Buffet on 2359 St Claude Avenue.
We have FREE hot coffee and donuts! Please dress appropriately for painting and it looks like it will be a cold day. This project should be pretty quick!

Celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr this coming Monday, Jan 16th, and join your neighbors for a day of service.
We will be beautifying the St Roch Avenue neutral ground. We have some amazing flowers to plant and rogue trees/bushes to remove. We also have coffee & donuts and free flowers to give away so you can plant them at home!
Flowers are provided by the City of NOLA Parks & Parkways. Tools provided by FSRIA. Please wear close-toed shoes and gloves.

Join us on July 12th, at 10am as we clean and beautify our neighborhood. We’ll be picking up trash, weeding flower beds in the neutral ground, clearing catch basins, and planting wild flowers.
We have pamphlets to hand out from NOLAREADY or you can download them here. We will also have a demonstration on how to clean the catch basin in front of your home to prevent flooding. Or maybe your catch basin is flooding and needs maintenance - we can assist you to contact 311 and report it.
We have FREE cold-brew coffee and donuts! Please dress appropriately for a hot and sunny day.

We will have a special HAPPY HOUR AT 5:30 PM before the meeting where you can come grab a drink and hang out a little before the meeting. All proceeds from this month's happy hour will be used to buy school supplies for our Back 2 School Jam that will be taking place on July 30th! And we will have food for the meeting!

Join us on May 14th, at 10 am for the "Rededication of the St Roch Chapel" in the St Roch Cemetery.
We will attend the service inside the chapel at 10am, and then move to the neutral ground to plant flowers right outside the cemetery. The City of New Orleans Parks & Parkways are donating colorful Vinca flowers!
We will have FREE donuts, drinks and "flower-bombs" (wildflower seeds in a soil ball)! You can take these flower-bombs with you and toss them in an empty field or the grassy strip between the sidewalk and curb - and wait for the surprise wildflowers to bloom! FSRIA and Woven Roots are donating the soil and seeds for our flower-bombs!
We will provide tools and gloves. Please dress appropriately for a hot and sunny day.

Right before our monthly meeting on Thursday, we will be hosting a Happy Hour from 5pm-6pm! Invite a new friend to the meeting and you both get a free drink! We will also have some small bites for sale, and cocktails for $5 donation for anyone! There will also be mocktails available. What a great time to meet and mingle with neighbors?

Meet us at the cleanup location of St Roch Avenue & Law Street. We will have gloves and trash bags for everyone.
We are cleaning the intersection of St Roch Avenue & Law Street, under the I-10 Freeway. We will be consolidating the trash and tires into one area and the Dept. of Sanitation will come by with a truck to haul it all away. Then we will be grilling chicken and burgers for lunch!
Please wear close toed shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
